Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room involves day and night shifts with varying hours. The Staff Nurse will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Collaboration with staff and other disciplines to deliver quality care is essential, along with maintaining clinical knowledge and skills competency. The Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing must hold a current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State. Previous nursing experience in Emergency Services is preferred.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
Unit Details
The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a state-of-the-art design with 29 private treatment rooms, a providers' station, negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis of conditions.
