Job Description
LifeBridge Health is seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position will require a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, develop and implement care plans, collaborate with the healthcare team, and maintain clinical competency.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and ensure a safe patient environment.
- Participate in emergency care services and contribute to patient well-being.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Services.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
