Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Program Nurse-RN to join Hope Network West Michigan. As a Program Nurse-RN, you will play a crucial role in facilitating medication administration, providing healthcare education to staff and residents, and monitoring medical conditions within a specialized rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide education on healthcare-related topics to direct care staff and residents.
- Administer and monitor individual medications, communicating with prescribers when necessary.
- Collaborate with Case Holders to develop healthcare goals and ensure their implementation.
- Conduct health assessments, document medical treatment, and communicate relevant medical issues.
- Provide leadership, support, and supervision to staff for effective program development.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Michigan.
- Prior experience in a specialized rehabilitation setting and mental health is preferred.
- Phlebotomy experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
