The Program Nurse-RN plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of nurse-related operations, including medication administration, individual health care programs, and staff education. Responsibilities

• Provide education and guidance to direct care staff and residents in health care-related areas.
• Monitor and administer individual medications, ensuring efficacy and safety.
• Collaborate with medical providers to address residents' health needs and develop healthcare goals.
• Document medical treatment and maintain health records for continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and participate in program development.
• Supervise and provide support to other nursing staff as needed.

Requirements

• Current License as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
• Prior experience providing medical treatment in a specialized rehabilitation setting.
• Positive attitude, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Skills

• Experience with eCare User system preferred.
