Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Renal Registered Dietitian to join the team at Grace Medical Center, a LifeBridge Health facility in Baltimore, MD. As a Renal Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing nutrition services and education to dialysis patients to support their well-being in accordance with health policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assess nutritional status and develop customized medical nutrition therapy plans.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling based on individual patient needs.
- Review and update nutritional recommendations based on patient progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and medical professionals to optimize patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition or Dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian status with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State Licensure in Maryland.
- Minimum of two years of professional work experience in clinical nutrition.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
