Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice in the field.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
