Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze proposals and project requirements to prepare cost estimates and quotes for customers.

Job Duties:
- Gather and study proposals, blueprints, and specifications to identify labor, material, and time requirements.
- Compute costs and resolve discrepancies.
- Present estimates and prepare work plans and schedules.
- Maintain cost database and participate in team efforts to complete estimates.
- Participate in bid and quote reviews with senior management.
- Stay updated on technical knowledge through education and review of publications.

Skills:
Analytical skills, attention to detail, planning, reporting, strategic planning, interpersonal communication, requirements analysis.

Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to read blueprints and specifications.
- Experience in underground and aboveground storage tanks, asbestos/abatement, groundwater, solid, and stream.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with the capability to meet deadlines.
- Construction estimating experience.
- College degree in engineering, civil construction, math, or related field preferred.
- Experience with Bid2Win and ConstructConnect software is a plus.
