Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Managers. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to a designated group of seniors, attending to their individual needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide a high level of service.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans.
- Engage residents in enriching activities and promote a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
