Job Description

As an Insurance Advisor at Comma Insurance, you will provide prospect-focused insurance solutions, offering expert advice on Property, Casualty, and Life insurance products. You will build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners while actively seeking new business opportunities. Successful candidates will excel in both digital and in-person interactions, demonstrating excellent communication skills and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Interact proactively and professionally with prospects, clients, and colleagues.
• Build trust and provide accurate product information over digital channels.
• Conduct effective prospecting through various methods including cold calls, referrals, and networking.
• Field underwrite and manage new policies, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Maintain detailed client records and documentation in the company's system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid P&C and Life Insurance License.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong technology skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver a client-focused experience.
• Empathetic, active listening skills with a winning mindset.
