Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company with a strong global presence. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs, working closely with the CADIOS system, and collaborating with the team in Japan. Fluency in Japanese is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with the Japan team to optimize the use of CADIOS for cost management.
• Lead and direct Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and validate upon completion.
• Participate in the budget planning process by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and cost management.
• CPA certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
• Fluency in Japanese is required.
