Lead Care Manager

Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is looking for a Lead Care Manager to oversee a team of Care Managers and ensure exceptional care for our residents. As a Lead Care Manager, you will be responsible for supervising daily activities, providing personalized support, and ensuring compliance with Sunrise policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Care Managers in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care.
• Coach team members on hospitality standards and ensure accurate documentation of care provided.
• Participate in group interviews, support onboarding of new team members, and maintain a safe environment for all.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; certifications as per state regulations.
• Medication Management Certificate and experience working with seniors preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies and strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, make sound decisions, and remain calm in difficult situations.
