Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Leasing Specialist to join Levco Management LLC at our growing apartment community in North Chesterfield, VA. As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the property.
Responsibilities
- Respond to leasing inquiries, conduct apartment tours, and follow up on leads.
- Assist in creating marketing strategies and managing online listings.
- Process rental applications, execute leases, and handle deposit collections.
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and property maintenance requests.
- Support various administrative and property management tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment management or lease up is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software like Yardi and CRMs.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.
