Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team at H & A Farms LLC. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and running the packing line on a daily basis, ensuring optimal efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the packing line daily.
• Adhere to and promote proper policies and procedures.
• Maintain the required line speed for efficient production.
• Coordinate packing line staff to enhance productivity.
• Monitor product quality.
• Communicate with the team to maintain product integrity.
• Collaborate with the Packing Floor Supervisor for workflow coordination.
• Work effectively in a group/team environment.
