Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join Toyo Tires NA, a reputable international tire manufacturing company, at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. We are currently looking for Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery. This role involves working with robotic-driven equipment featuring programmable logic controllers (PLCs). As a Maintenance Technician, you will apply your expertise in PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and variable frequency drives.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery.
• Work with robotic-driven equipment using PLCs.
• Demonstrate expertise in AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent technical education.
• Minimum five years of mechanical/electrical experience.
• Proficiency in PLCs (Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley), servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
