Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Toyo Tires North America Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). You must have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with expertise in PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery.
• Work on robotic-driven equipment with PLCs.
• Ensure continuous operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent with 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience.
• Expertise in PLCs (Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley), servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Excellent team player with a high focus on safety.
