Maintenance Technician Apprentice

Job Description

TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING, INC. is seeking enthusiastic Apprentice Maintenance Technicians to join our innovative team at our new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As an Apprentice Maintenance Technician, you will assist in basic preventive maintenance tasks on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery.
• Work on equipment involving hydraulics, pneumatics, oil lubrication, and filter changes.
• Assist with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) such as Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley.
• Support AC & DC Servo drives maintenance.
• Operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with potential night shifts and weekend schedules.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and servo drives.
• Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds.
• Detail-oriented, team player, safety-focused, and able to learn effectively.
