Maintenance Technician Apprentice

Job Description

TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING, INC. is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentice Maintenance Technicians at our brand-new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As an Apprentice Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the maintenance of our advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventive maintenance on production machinery.
• Work with various technologies, including hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and servo drives.
• Be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate good problem-solving skills and a high level of safety awareness.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of mechanical experience.
• Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and servo drives.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
