Maintenance Technician Apprentice

Job Description

TOYOTI1 is a leading international tire manufacturing company with over 75 years of experience and a global presence in more than 100 countries. We are looking to hire Apprentice Maintenance Technicians to support our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As an Apprentice Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and PLCs.
• Be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate effective learning, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ensure safety and follow proper procedures for maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Associate's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 80 pounds.

Physical Requirements

• Occasional lifting of objects weighing up to 80 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with lubrication of industrial equipment.
• Detail-oriented and a team player.
