Who We Are

RuffleButts Inc., a leading children's apparel brand, is seeking a Manager Wholesale/B2B Manager to oversee key accounts, e-tailers, and independent store wholesale businesses. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations and Wholesale, you will manage a team of Wholesale Assistants and Internal/External Sales Reps. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to grow existing accounts and identify new wholesale opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to ensure strong customer relationships and sales target achievement.
  • Analyze sales data to generate insights for strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • Manage key accounts' order process, relationships, and shipping activity to ensure KPIs are met each season.
  • Lead and develop the Wholesale team, driving productivity and team performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a fashion brand.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Experience with online wholesale platforms such as Faire and NuOrder.
  • Ability to effectively manage and mentor a team to achieve targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Living within the DFW area and in-office presence preferred.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
