RuffleButts Inc., a leading children's apparel brand, is seeking a Manager Wholesale/B2B Manager to oversee key accounts, e-tailers, and independent store wholesale businesses. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations and Wholesale, you will manage a team of Wholesale Assistants and Internal/External Sales Reps. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to grow existing accounts and identify new wholesale opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to ensure strong customer relationships and sales target achievement.
- Analyze sales data to generate insights for strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Manage key accounts' order process, relationships, and shipping activity to ensure KPIs are met each season.
- Lead and develop the Wholesale team, driving productivity and team performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a fashion brand.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Experience with online wholesale platforms such as Faire and NuOrder.
- Ability to effectively manage and mentor a team to achieve targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, or related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Living within the DFW area and in-office presence preferred.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
