In this role, you will oversee regional marketing operations, collaborate with corporate departments, and drive the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, assign, and expedite marketing production assignments.
• Integrate corporate marketing functions at the local level.
• Conduct research, surveys, and due diligence to refine marketing techniques.
• Communicate effectively with senior staff and the marketing department.
• Develop firm-wide processes to enhance marketing production.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1+ year experience managing marketing teams.
• 4-7 years experience in A/E/C industry as a marketing professional.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
