Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following proper protocol.
• Document medication administration accurately.
• Provide resident care in alignment with Sunrise Senior Living's mission and standards.
• Promote quality care and services to residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED; Medication Management certification.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in senior care.
• Ability to make decisions in residents' best interest.
• Effective communication skills and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
