Job Purpose

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in patient care from intake to assistance during procedures. Working in an outpatient clinical setting, you will provide exceptional customer service, triage patients, assist with care, and perform routine medical procedures following established protocols and provider directives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Stay updated on policies and procedures.
• Obtain patient histories and update charts.
• Perform routine procedures like EKGs, immunizations, ear lavage, and more.
• Maintain cleanliness in exam rooms and work areas.
• Ensure exam room supplies are adequately stocked.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures.

Requirements
