Job Description
Chimpoulis & Hunter, PA, a vibrant insurance defense law firm located in Plantation, Florida, is looking to hire a Medical Malpractice Attorney. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in medical malpractice defense or general defense litigation.
Responsibilities
- Handle cases through the presuit process and litigation phase.
- Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Prepare legal documents, motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Florida Bar member in good standing.
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated and deadline-oriented.
