Job Description

We are looking for a versatile Office Coordinator to join our team at E-Z Bel Construction. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily administrative tasks and office operations, requiring exceptional communication skills, organization, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage reception duties, including answering calls and emails, welcoming visitors, and assisting with candidate coordination.
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and office supplies inventory management.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and janitorial services.
  • Support with administrative tasks, scheduling, and report creation.
  • Assist in organizing office events and internal communications.
  • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in office coordination or administrative support.
  • Proficient in office software applications, including Canva and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

Physical Requirements

Various physical abilities required, including sitting, standing, dexterity, vision acuity, hearing ability, lifting up to 25 pounds, and flexibility to maneuver in an office environment.
