We are looking for a dedicated Overnight Baker to join our team at Einstein Bros Bagels. As an integral part of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for baking fresh bagels for both in-house and catering needs. The shifts are from 12am-6am daily, ensuring that our guests start their day with our delicious bagels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and have excellent time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Bake a variety of bagels for in-house and catering orders.
• Check catering orders and adjust baking quantities accordingly.
• Work independently during early morning hours to complete baking tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Prior experience in baking or food preparation is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
