Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predicting pending failures, and ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures to minimize downtime effectively.
• Review and analyze gathered data to predict pending failures.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Submit work orders for scheduled repairs during planned maintenance.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Monitor equipment for issues and recommend immediate repairs to prevent failures.
• Provide support to Plant Operations and Maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or minimum 5 years’ experience in reliability technology.
• Knowledge of root cause failure analysis and willingness to obtain relevant certifications.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
