Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a driven Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1. As a crucial part of our team, you will utilize cutting-edge reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures, ensuring minimal downtime. Your responsibilities will include using infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology daily, submitting work orders for repairs, detecting leaks, and monitoring equipment for timely maintenance. In addition, you will provide support to plant operations, attend meetings, and continuously improve our reliability program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with predictive maintenance technology, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and predict machine failures using reliability equipment
• Submit work orders for repairs and maintenance scheduling
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks
• Monitor equipment for issues and recommend immediate repairs when necessary
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime
• Attend meetings and contribute to improving reliability programs

Requirements

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in predictive maintenance technology in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong root cause failure analysis skills
• Willingness to stay updated on technology through training
