Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predicting pending issues, and ensuring minimal downtime. Your responsibilities will include using advanced technology such as infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic tools for data collection, submitting work orders, detecting leaks, and recommending maintenance actions. Additionally, you will provide vital support to Plant Operations and Maintenance, attend reliability meetings, and contribute to enhancing equipment life and performance. The ideal candidate must possess either an associate degree in industrial maintenance or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of root cause failure analysis. Military experience is a plus, and Pdm certifications are desirable. We value individuals who are safety-conscious, motivated to continually improve, and adept at both independent and team work.
