Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in utilizing sophisticated reliability equipment and technology to predict and prevent potential machine failures, ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze machine data to predict and prevent potential failures.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology such as infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic devices for data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Recommend immediate repairs to prevent catastrophic failures.
• Conduct oil sample analysis and recommend maintenance strategies.
• Participate in reliability and maintenance meetings to enhance equipment lifespan.
• Stay current with predictive maintenance technology through job-related training.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with root cause failure analysis processes.
• Willingness to obtain Pdm certifications within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
