Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1. As a member of the team, you will use cutting-edge reliability equipment to predict and prevent machine failures, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Your role involves analyzing data, utilizing advanced technology, and collaborating with maintenance planners to schedule timely repairs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures.
• Review and analyze data to predict pending failures.
• Use advanced technology like infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic equipment for data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule necessary repairs.
• Detect and address air, steam, and nitrogen leaks.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like changing filters, oil, and grease.
• Recommend immediate repairs to avoid catastrophic failures.
• Collect oil samples for lab analysis.
• Support Plant Operations and Maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Attend reliability and maintenance meetings.
• Initiate plans to improve manufacturing equipment life.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with root cause failure analysis and reliability technology.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• PDM certifications are a plus.
