Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures, thereby minimizing downtime effectively. Your responsibilities will include utilizing various technologies like infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic to gather data, submitting work orders, detecting leaks, changing filters, oils, and greases, monitoring equipment, collecting oil samples, and participating in maintenance meetings. The ideal candidate should have an associate degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent experience, be open to training, possess root cause failure analysis knowledge, and work well both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Military experience considered.
• Willingness to obtain Pdm certifications.
• Knowledge of root cause failure analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
