We are looking for a skilled Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predicting pending failures, and recommending necessary repairs to minimize downtime effectively. You will work closely with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned maintenance downtime, monitor equipment conditions, and provide support to Plant Operations and Maintenance to prevent unplanned downtime. The successful candidate will have experience in reliability technology, root cause failure analysis, and a proactive approach to equipment maintenance. Responsibilities

• Utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures.
• Review and analyze data to predict pending machine failures.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned maintenance downtime.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like changing filters, oil, and grease.
• Recommend immediate repairs to prevent catastrophic failures.
• Attend reliability and maintenance meetings.
• Identify conditions that require immediate attention.
• Communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with reliability technology and root cause failure analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• PDM certifications are a plus.
