Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

TOYOTI1 is seeking a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a technician, you will utilize reliability equipment to analyze and predict machine failures, recommend repairs, and improve equipment lifespan. You will work closely with maintenance planners, attend meetings, and stay current with predictive maintenance technology.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to predict pending failures and recommend maintenance.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data gathering.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and repairs.
• Attend maintenance meetings and support Plant Operations to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of root cause failure analysis and willingness to acquire certifications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
