Responsibilities

• Establish key processes, deliverables, and timelines for digital products.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to communicate vision and priorities.
• Identify insights in the recruiting landscape to drive business opportunities.
• Manage feature prioritization, bugs, and release processes.
• Champion agile development practices and conduct A/B tests for improved metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience in digital or e-commerce.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with tools like JIRA, ClickUp, and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving, analytic, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree and proficiency in MS Office products.
• Excellent time management and adaptability to fast-paced environments.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual base pay range of $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 + bonus potential.
