Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join CareerStaff Unlimited at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Seaford, DE. This role offers a competitive salary of $60/hour, welcome orientation, and the opportunity to work in a top-of-the-line EMR system.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and professionalism.
- Maintain high-quality nursing care for individuals with psychiatric and mental health illnesses.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide therapeutical interventions.
- Ensure regulatory requirements are met and maintain a caring environment for patients.
Requirements
- 1+ years of recent nursing experience.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Valid RN license in the state of practice or compact license.
- Healthcare training/experience preferred.
