Job Description

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service and patient care
- Independently manage daily operations with attention to detail

- Assess patient needs and create individualized care plans
- Participate in patient rehabilitation programs
- Deliver direct patient care following established protocols
Requirements
- 2+ years of recent LTAC experience
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Valid RN license in Oklahoma
- Eligibility to work in the United States
