Registered Nurse - RN - Psych

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in psychiatric care to join our team at CareerStaff Unlimited in Kerrville, TX. As an RN in this role, you will provide quality nursing care to patients with psychiatric disorders, collaborate with the treatment team, and ensure patient safety and well-being.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver quality general and psychiatric nursing care.
• Actively participate as a member of the treatment team.
• Support organization and program philosophy of care.
• Assess patient care needs and carry out physician orders.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and coordinate patient care.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of one year of inpatient psychiatric experience.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing and valid State RN License.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
