Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager to join our team at KETER ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LLC. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue from existing accounts and managing a portfolio of corporate clients. You will be the primary point of contact for client needs and concerns, ensuring a positive client experience and fostering strong relationships. Your responsibilities will include creating and administering account plans, advising clients on reporting, resolving service delivery issues, collaborating with internal departments, and identifying upselling opportunities to increase revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns and needs.
  • Create and administer account plans with key corporate contacts.
  • Maintain relationships with key corporate contacts and facilitate corporate initiatives.
  • Advise clients on reporting and conduct quarterly and year-end reviews.
  • Resolve escalated service delivery concerns and maintain communication with corporate contacts.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal department leaders for successful implementation of new customer sites.
  • Analyze client financial performance and facilitate contract renewals and billing adjustments.
  • Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Stay informed about industry changes and anticipate effects on services provided.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience considered.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or similar role.
  • Analytical, sales-focused, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in customer success and CRM software, such as Salesforce.

Work Conditions

Home office environment with moderate noise levels.

Ability to work after normal business hours and up to 50% travel required.

Compensation

Yearly Salary: $59,200 - $84,000
