Reliability Maintenance Technician

Job Description

TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING, INC. is seeking experienced Reliability Maintenance Technicians to join our team in White, Georgia. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance and ensuring the continuous operation of advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Maintain robotic-driven equipment with PLCs.
• Demonstrate expertise in areas such as PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical system maintenance.
• Work day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical maintenance.
• Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds.
• Effective problem-solving and ability to work well in a team.
