Job Description
TOYOTI1 is seeking skilled Reliability Maintenance Technicians to join its manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a crucial part of the production team, you will be responsible for preventive maintenance and upkeep of advanced machinery, including PLC-operated robotic equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute preventive maintenance on production machinery.
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
- Demonstrate strong mechanical abilities and electrical system maintenance expertise.
- Adhere to safety protocols and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance.
- Proficiency in Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley PLCs.
- Ability to work day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Capacity to lift objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
