The Bungalows At Mayfield is seeking Resident Care Associates to join their team. The Resident Care Associate is responsible for providing top-quality care and services to residents in assisted living and memory care neighborhoods, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Shift Details
Mon-Fri; Every other weekend required
6:00am - 6:00pm | 6:00pm - 6:00am
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of Personalized Service Plans
- Ensure residents' hydration and meal attendance
- Comply with all resident rights
- Assist with activities and daily resident care needs
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas
- Respond promptly to resident call bells and security alerts
Qualifications
- High School education preferred
- Prior experience in elder care or similar field
- Knowledge of Assisted Living and Dementia care
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
