Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Job Description

TOYOTI1 is seeking a talented Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual to join our dynamic team at our new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As an essential part of our finance team, you will lead cost management initiatives, becoming a subject matter expert on CADIOS and collaborating with Japan to optimize production costs. This role requires fluency in Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Become the expert on CADIOS for effective cost management.
• Analyze monthly variances and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Japan on cost optimization using CADIOS.
• Direct and oversee the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on projects and ensure accurate accounting.
• Participate in budget planning, developing annual labor and cost budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Management.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is an advantage.
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
