Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize production costs using CADIOS.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory management.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and validate post-implementation.
• Contribute to annual budget planning for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in cost accounting and management.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA is a significant advantage.
• Fluent in Japanese.
