Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be the subject matter expert on CADIOS, investigate monthly variances, and work with Japan to improve production cost management. Fluent in Japanese is a requirement for this role.
Responsibilities
- Become the expert on CADIOS and manage material transactions.
- Collaborate with Japan to optimize production costs.
- Direct Fixed Asset inventory and analyze ROI on new projects.
- Participate in budget planning, developing annual labor and cost budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
