Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cost Analyst who is fluent in Japanese to join our dynamic team at TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company with a new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for becoming an expert in CADIOS, managing production costs, and collaborating with Japan to optimize our processes. If you have a background in Finance or Accounting, extensive cost management experience, and are proficient in SAP S4 HANA, we invite you to apply and help us drive continuous improvement in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Manage material transactions and investigate monthly variances.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize production costs using CADIOS.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory process.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completion.
• Participate in budget planning by developing annual labor and cost budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 10 years of related experience in cost accounting and management.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
• Fluency in Japanese is required.
