Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1, an innovative tire manufacturing company that prides itself on quality, innovation, and global reach. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs, analyzing variances, and contributing to budget planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and provide insights.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
• Lead Fixed Asset inventory planning and direction.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and ensure accurate verification upon completion.
• Participate in annual budget planning for labor and other assigned costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• CPA certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in Japanese is required.
