TOYOTI1 is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for becoming the subject matter expert on CADIOS, managing production costs in collaboration with Japan, and analyzing ROI on new projects. This role requires fluency in Japanese.
Responsibilities
- Become the expert on CADIOS and manage production costs.
- Analyze monthly variances and work with Japan to optimize CADIOS.
- Lead Fixed Asset inventory planning.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completion.
- Participate in budget planning for labor and other costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 10+ years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
- Fluency in Japanese is required.
