Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1's team at their state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As the subject matter expert on CADIOS, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs and driving financial efficiency. Fluency in Japanese is a prerequisite for collaborating with the Japan team to optimize cost management processes.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in CADIOS and investigate monthly variances.
• Collaborate with Japanese counterparts to enhance cost management using CADIOS.
• Lead Fixed Asset inventory planning and management.
• Analyze ROI on new projects to ensure financial viability.
• Participate in annual budget planning for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and cost management.
• Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
