Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Cost Analyst who is bilingual in English and Japanese to join TOYOTI1's team. As a key member of our finance department, you will become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, investigate monthly variances, and collaborate with our Japan office to manage production costs effectively. This role requires proficiency in Japanese for seamless communication with our international counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Master CADIOS as the subject matter expert.
• Investigate material transactions and analyze monthly variances.
• Collaborate with the Japan office to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory planning and direction.
• Assist departments in ROI analysis for new projects.
• Play an active role in developing the annual labor and cost budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of six years of experience in Cost Accounting and management.
• Proficiency in Japanese is a must.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
