Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company known for its innovation and quality products. In this role, you will be responsible for becoming the subject matter expert on CADIOS, managing production costs using CADIOS, leading the Fixed Asset inventory, and analyzing ROI on new projects. Proficiency in Japanese is a must for collaborating with Japan.
Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
- Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
- Collaborate with Japan to manage production costs using CADIOS.
- Direct the Fixed Asset inventory.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and verify upon completion.
- Develop an annual budget for labor and other costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10 years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
- CPA certification highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
- Fluency in Japanese for effective communication with Japan.
